When you are overweight, it can be intimidating to walk into a gym.  You lack the confidence. You suffer from a self-image complex. I know. I felt the same way. 

There are so many ways to get started. My motto is "small changes equal big results." I want to show individuals how they can improve their health and fitness by making those small changes and over time they will see the big results.  Their confidence will increase and they will begin seeing results.


I offer a variety of training services and tools with ongoing motivation and support that will help you meet your short- and long-term goals. 

Health and Fitness can start at any age. And as we get older, it is vital to make every effort on our health and fitness.

Everyone's healthy looks different.  Personal training programs are based on individual goals, your environment, your lifestyle and current fitness level. MTC24 B A S E CAMP classes are designed to improve balance, agility, strength and endurance. Both can be done with minimal equipment.  The only requirements are: desire, dedication and determination.


I am a Certified Personal Trainer with specializations in: Senior Fitness, Weight Loss and Fitness Nutrition as well as a Certified Nutrition Coach. I work alongside Registered Dietitians and Nutritionists.
