These classes are designed to increase balance, agility, strength and endurance. Thirty minute total-body workout appropriate for any fitness level. Join us and get a great workout in, burn fat, build muscle and have some FUN!

Come and pass the sweat check! All you need a little space, a mat, a pair of dumbbells and a stability ball.
