ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING
Initial fitness assessment will be to develop and customize a plan for individual specific goals/needs. Monthly progress reports allow for program re-design, as fitness progresses. All services are performed at client's home, outdoors or at the local community center and tracked through an app. So whether you like working out in an indoor or outdoor setting, there is an option for you.
