Motivation has left the building

I thought this picture was pretty funny. 😂😂 But yet it speaks a lot of truth. There are going to be days when your motivation is just not there. You're going to question your WHY. When that happens, self doubt can creep in. And you start thinking that you're just too tired to continue on. That this is just too much work. That you just can't do this. That maybe, just maybe you start thinking that you're OK with your current situation and just want to give up. DON'T! You need to sit down and remind yourself what your goal is. What do you want to achieve? Maybe your WHY has changed. And that does happens too! Shoot, my WHY has changed many times over the last several years. And that's OK because sometimes the old WHY doesn't apply anymore. It might take a major reboot to get you going again. Your goal needs to be BIG enough and sometimes the GOAL needs to shift a little bit to SPARK the motivation. I get into those days. It happens to me. It happens to all of us. It's at that moment, when that wall hits that what you do will determine whether you stay on track. When the lack of motivation hits me, I sit down and go through all the goals that I have set for myself. Sometimes a refresher is all that's needed. Maybe the steps to get to the goal need to change a bit. So, if you feel your motivation is lacking today, take a step back. Evaluate your WHY. Has it changed? I'm pretty sure that after your evaluation, the motivation will kick in.
